CQS can offer Internal Audit services to assist you in maintaining your certification. We CANNOT offer this service if we currently certify your organisation. The internal audit programme can be scheduled around your current plan or we can develop one in collaboration with your team.
A document review process will be carried out and an Audit Checklist compiled to define the criteria to be covered by the internal audit.
Our auditors have a wealth of experience in carrying out certification and surveillance audits and can apply this knowledge to help you improve your management system and demonstrate compliance to the internal audit clause of the applicable Standard. Having your internal audits carried out by an external body can be beneficial in order to obtain a truly independent point of view as to whether your management system is effective and can reduce external re-audit costs by identifying non-conformance and helping to develop corrective action before your Certification Body does.
